Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating a vehicle theft incident that occurred at a location near Giroux, Manitoba.
On January 29, 2019, Steinbach RCMP received a report that a truck had been stolen from a location off of Highway 210, just north of Giroux. The stolen vehicle is described as a grey 2005 GMC Sierra with Manitoba licence plate GAX472.
RCMP report that the owner of the vehicle told officers that he had broken down on the 210 and left his vehicle over night. When he returned the next morning to retrieve it, it was no longer there.
