Bloodvein RCMP have arrested a 16-year-old male youth in connection to a recent double homicide investigation.
On January 30, 2019, at approximately 4am, Bloodvein RCMP responded to a report of two deceased males located at a residence in Bloodvein First Nation.
Police say that a 22-year-old and 32-year-old male, both from Bloodvein, were pronounced deceased at the scene. RCMP are investigating these deaths as homicides.
As a result of investigation, RCMP report that a 16-year-old male youth from Bloodvein has been charged with two counts of manslaughter.
Bloodvein RCMP continue to investigate with assistance from the RCMP Major Crime Unit and Winnipeg Forensic Identification Unit.
