Steinbach RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing female youth, 16-year-old Noreen Kyla Osborne.
Police say that Noreen was last seen on February 28, 2019, in the Steinbach area. She is described as 5’6″ tall, weighs 133 lbs, has brown eyes and long hair (colour may vary).
RCMP believe that Noreen Osborne is in the Winnipeg area.
