Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating a theft incident where a suspect walked out of the Steinbach Walmart store without paying for a power washer.
On Friday March 29, 2019, at approximately 5:48pm, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a theft from the Walmart store located on Highway 12 in Steinbach. Police say that an adult male was seen walking out of the store carrying a large box containing a power washer. The item was not paid for.
Surveillance footage showed the suspect to be an aboriginal male, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a black and camo jacket and a black hat with jeans.
