A 64-year-old La Broquerie man has died as the result of a recent vehicle collision on PR 302 near Richer, Manitoba.
On April 10, 2019 at approximately 4:12pm, Steinbach RCMP responded to a single motor vehicle accident that occurred on PR 302, a few kilometers south of Richer, Manitoba.
Upon arrival, police located a vehicle that appeared to have veered off the highway, driven through the ditch and come to rest against several trees. EMS and Fire Department were already on scene and administering CPR to a 64-year-old man from La Broquerie, Manitoba. No visible trauma was observed.
RCMP report that the lone occupant of the vehicle was eventually pronounced deceased at the scene and that alcohol and speed are not considered factors in this collision.
Police are continuing their investigation.
