Steinbach RCMP have recently arrested three individuals in connection to a number of theft incidents that have occurred at some retailers located in Steinbach.
On May 16, 2019, Steinbach RCMP received a report stating that a male suspect who was involved in multiple thefts within the past few months, was spotted at the Walmart store. Steinbach RCMP responded and made three separate arrests in conjunction to a theft spree that has been occurring in Steinbach at multiple box stores.
RCMP report that a 49-year-old male, along with two females, ages 40 and 33, were arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime.
All three suspects are reported to reside outside of the Steinbach area, and all three were found to be targeting Steinbach for these crimes.
