The City of Steinbach has announced that they will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase and removal of the house located at 385 Elmdale Street in Steinbach, Manitoba.
Bid documents and instructions will be available for all interested parties starting Tuesday, June 4 at 9am at the office of the Operations Building located at 51 Millwork Drive in Steinbach. Bids will be received at the Operations Building until 2pm on Friday June 14, 2019.
The City advises that the house can be viewed from 9am on Wednesday, June 5th to 12pm on Wednesday, June 12th by calling Paul Penner at 204-371-3430 for an appointment.
The City also notes that they reserve the right to reject all bids and to accept any bid it considers advantageous and that the highest bid may not necessarily be accepted.
