Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating two fires that recently occurred at different locations near Mitchell, Manitoba.
On July 21, 2019 at 7am, Steinbach RCMP were dispatched to two fires at locations near Mitchell.
The first fire was noted to be a structure fire just east of Road 30 East on Road 37 North. Police say that a shed had been lit on fire and burned to the ground.
RCMP report that the second fire was at a location just east of Road 30 East on Road 39 North. In this incident, the bridge at the location was set on fire and although most of the bridge is still standing, it is considered a total loss.
