A 20-year-old RM of Tache man is facing weapon related charges after recently flashing a gun at a driver on Highway 12 North.
On August 21, 2019 at approximately 7:08pm, Steinbach RCMP received a complaint that a male in a vehicle had flashed what was believed to be a handgun through the sunroof of the vehicle at the driver of another vehicle. The incident occurred on Highway 12 North.
Police say that after noticing the suspect vehicle driving south on PR 206, a high risk take down stop was conducted by members of the Steinbach and St. Pierre RCMP Detachment.
