Manitoba RCMP are asking the public for any information into the whereabouts of a missing 17-year-old male youth, Samuel Anthony Panko.
Police say that Samuel was last seen on October 29, 2019, in Portage La Prairie. He is described as 5’9″ tall with a slim build, short dark brown hair and brown eyes. Samuel is believed to be in the Winnipeg area.
