On November 28, 2016, at approximately 6:15am, East St. Paul RCMP responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the area of Raleigh Street between Glenway Avenue and Foxgrove Avenue in East St. Paul, Manitoba.
When officers arrived on scene, there were two gunshot victims, a male and a female. Both were transported to hospital, where they remain in stable condition.
Police received a report that a light-coloured four-door car with three male occupants was seen leaving the area at the time. It is believed the car is connected to the shooting incident and that this was not a random event.
RCMP report that there is no threat to public safety in relation to this matter.
