Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating an incident where a vehicle had been stolen and later located in Kleefeld in a burnt state.
On July 30, 2020, Steinbach RCMP received a report stating that sometime overnight a vehicle had been stolen. Police say that unknown suspect(s) were able to steal a grey Chrysler PT Cruiser that had been parked on the side of Reimer Avenue in Steinbach.
RCMP report that later on the same day, the vehicle was located in Kleefeld. Police noted that the vehicle had been damaged by fire.
