St-Pierre Jolys RCMP along with the East District Crime Reduction Enforcement Support Team (CREST) have recovered stolen property after executing two search warrants at a number of Winnipeg locations.
On September 3, 2020, RCMP officers from St-Pierre Jolys, the East District Crime Reduction Enforcement Support Team and the Emergency Response Team, executed two search warrants, one at a Winnipeg residence, the other at a warehouse located within the city.
The warrants were in relation to a break and enter that occurred at a commercial property located in Ile des Chenes on August 30, 2020. Police say that the break-in resulted in numerous dirt bikes being stolen.
As a result of the search, officers recovered some of the stolen dirt bikes, as well as numerous other items believed to be stolen from multiple locations around southern Manitoba.
RCMP report that four male suspects have been arrested, three from Winnipeg and one from Saskatchewan. The four accused have been released from custody with court appearances scheduled for November 2, 2020, in Winnipeg.
