Overnight from February 12 to February 13, 2017, RCMP intercepted two groups of people illegally crossing the border near Emerson, Manitoba.
Police say that the first group consisted of four individuals and the second group, three individuals.
RCMP report that a total of seven people illegally crossed the border between February 12 and 13. The total number of people illegally crossing the border for the past weekend (February 10 to February 13) is 28 people. The year-to-date total for 2017 is 69 people.
