On February 20, 2017 at approximately 1:30am, Thompson RCMP responded to a report of an assault that occurred at an apartment complex in Thompson, Manitoba.
Police say that upon arrival, officers discovered an unresponsive 24-year-old male. The male was then transported to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Thompson RCMP with assistance from the Major Crime Unit investigated the incident and have charged 26-year-old Brittany Amber Robinson with manslaughter.
RCMP believe that the suspect and the victim were known to each other. Both are residents of Oxford House, Manitoba.
