Swan River RCMP are asking the public for any information into the whereabouts of a missing woman from the community, 45-year-old Jeannie Marie Thompson.
On October 31, 2021, at approximately 6:30pm, Brandon RCMP received a report Jeannie Marie Thompson was missing. Jeannie was last known to be in Brandon on 3rd Avenue South on October 28, 2021, at 3:30 am, when she told family that she was traveling home to Swan River. Jeannie has not been heard from since that time.
Jeannie Thompson is described as Indigenous, 5′ tall, weighs 187 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes.
Police and family are concerned for Jeannie Thompson’s well-being.
