Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help in two investigations involving stolen trucks. The incidents occurred between February 3 and 8, 2022.
On February 3, 2022, Steinbach RCMP received a report regarding the theft of a truck and various items from a location in the RM of La Broquerie. Police say that three individuals broke in a shop located on Road 41 East in the RM of La Broquerie and stole a truck, laptop, and a few tools.
The truck is described as a 2001 white GMC Sierra 2500. It was bearing Manitoba plate JBP145 at the time of the incident.
On February 8, 2022, Steinbach RCMP received a report of another stolen pickup truck. Police say that the truck was stolen sometime overnight between 10:30pm on February 7 and 9am on February 8. RCMP noted that the truck was parked inside a garage of a residence located on Road 37 N in the RM of Hanover.
The truck is described as a white 2015 Dodge Ram 1500. It had a white cap on the box and was bearing Manitoba licence plate ANN449 at the time of the incident.
Steinbach RCMP are asking for public assistance in locating these stolen trucks.
