Steinbach RCMP are reporting that two John Deere lawn mowers were recently stolen from a local dealership located on Highway 12 North in Steinbach, Manitoba.
On May 20,2022 at approximately 3:19am, Steinbach RCMP received a report stating that two lawn mowers had been stolen from the parking lot at Enns Brothers on PTH 12 North in Steinbach.
The lawn mowers are described as a green 2022 John Deere 1023E and a 2022 John Deere Z735M.
Surveillance cameras show two unknown male suspects park a pickup truck with a utility trailer on Clearspring Road. The suspects then drove the lawn mowers to the trailer, loaded them and left heading north on Highway 12.
Officers were able to obtain the trailer plate (N854N). Subsequently, the trailer was later reported stolen from the Steinbach area and is still missing.
The trailer is described as a white 2008 Patriot.
Police believe that the suspects attended the Enns Brothers dealership the day prior to the theft in a blue hatchback with tinted windows.
