The City of Steinbach is advising the public that Park Road West will be closed to both east and west bound traffic from the east side of Industrial Road to EG Penners all day, on Tuesday, June 14.
The City notes that Acres Drive and Millwork Drive can be used as alternate routes and businesses in the area will remain open and accessible.
City officials say that a private contractor has requested the closure to allow for existing service lines located on the south side of Park Road to be connected to the Langhill subdivision development on the north side.
Road closure signs will be posted and motorists are asked to reduce speed, follow all signs, and use caution in this area.
The work being completed is subject to change due to weather.
