Flin Flon RCMP are asking the public for any information into the whereabouts of a missing woman from the community, 27-year-old Kara Fosseneuve.
On January 5, 2023, at approximately midnight, Flin Flon RCMP received stating that Kara Fosseneuve was missing. Kara was last seen on December 31, 2022, when she left a residence on Dadson Row in Flin Flon and has not been heard from since. Police noted that Fosseneuve left the residence on foot in an unknown direction and does not have her cell phone.
Officers patrolled the area looking for Kara Fosseneuve and spoke with her friends and family, following up on multiple leads. However, Kara remains missing. Creighton RCMP has been engaged in case Kara went to Creighton, Saskatchewan, very close to Flin Flon.
Kara Fosseneuve is described as 5’7″ tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has long black hair. She was wearing a black jacket, cut-off blue jeans and black boots when she was last seen.

Update
RCMP report that Kara Fosseneuve has been located deceased. Criminality does not appear to be a factor.
