Thompson RCMP are asking the public for any information regarding the whereabouts of a missing woman from Kisematawa First Nation (Shamattawa), 29-year-old Drizzela Irene Miles.
On April 29, 2023, at approximately 10pm, Thompson RCMP received a report stating that Drizzela Irene Miles was missing. Drizzela last spoke with family on April 23, when it was believed she was going to travel from Thompson to Winnipeg. She has not made any further contact with her family since, which is unusual for her.
Police say that all attempts to locate Drizzela Miles have turned up negative and her family and police are concerned for her well-being.
Drizzela Miles is described as 5’3″ tall, weighs 120 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes.
