Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help in an investigation involving the theft of an antique mailbox that occurred earlier this summer.
On August 28 , 2023, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a stolen antique mailbox. RCMP believe that the mailbox was stolen by an unknown suspect approximately three weeks preceding the report.
Police determined that the mailbox was stolen from a residence on Stonebridge Crossing in Steinbach. It is described as an antique item, three feet tall and bronze in colour. The value of the mailbox is estimated at approximately $650.
