Cranberry Portage RCMP are reporting that 41-year-old Raymond Moose has recently gone missing from the Kisseynew Fish Camp near Sherridon, MB.

On August 5, 2024, at approximately 12pm, Cranberry Portage received a report stating that 41-year-old Raymond Moose was left to caretake the Kisseynew Fish Camp. Moose’s boat, however, is missing and he has not been seen or heard from since the evening of August 2 when he was at a business in Flin Flon.

Police say that while several people are staying at the camp, it is not common for the camp to be left unattended for any period of time.

Raymond Moose is described as 5’10” tall, weighs 176 pounds, and has short black hair. He was last seen wearing a red sweater and a black hat. Offiers noted that Moose often travels by bicycle in the area of Flin Flon, Sherridon Road, and Kisseynew Lake.

Family and police are concerned for the well-being of Raymond Moose. If you have information regarding his whereabouts, you are asked to call Cranberry Portage at 204-472-4044 or CrimeStoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477. You can also submit a secure tip online at manitobacrimestoppers.com.
