Thompson RCMP are asking the public for any information into the whereabouts of a missing female from the area, 26-year-old Tina Kitchekeesik.
On August 11, 2024, at approximately 12:10am, Thompson RCMP received an emergency call from Tina Kitchekeesik, who indicated she was at a residence in Thompson and needed assistance. Officers immediately attempted to locate her to ensure her safety, however, the address provided was not accurate.
Police have continued their search for the female since the initial call, but have not been able to locate her.
Tina Kitchekeesik is described as 5’10” tall, weighs 200 lbs, has black hair and brown eyes. She is known to frequent Tataskweyak Cree Nation (Split Lake).
RCMP are concerned for Tina Kitchekeesik’s safety and are asking for the public’s assistance in locating her.
