Oakbank RCMP are asking the public for any information into the whereabouts of a missing youth, 16-year-old Dakota Hunter.
On July 31, 2017, at 8:30am, Oakbank RCMP received a report of a missing 16-year-old female. Police say that Dakota Hunter was last seen in the early morning hours of July 31, 2017 on Balmoral Street in Winnipeg.
Hunter is described as aboriginal in appearance, 5’8″ tall, weighs140 pounds, has brown eyes, long brown hair and a red birth-mark on the front of her neck. She was last seen wearing a grey-hooded sweatshirt, black capri pants, sandals and carrying a black backpack.
Dakota is known to frequent locations around the University of Winnipeg and The Forks.
