Selkirk RCMP are currently investigating an assault incident that recently occurred on Jemima Street in Selkirk, Manitoba.
On August 12, 2017 at about 10pm, Selkirk RCMP were called to an address on Jemima Street in Selkirk on a report of a large group people arguing. When officers arrived, it was determined that three people had been injured and required medical assistance. Emergency services from Selkirk attended and the three victims were taken to hospital for treatment.
Police investigation revealed that two of the victims had been stabbed and one had severe injuries.
RCMP report that a 19-year-old male from Selkirk and a 27-year-old male from St. Laurent were treated for stab wounds. A 16-year-old female from Selkirk was also treated for injuries.
All victims are reported in stable condition and police continue to investigate this incident.
