Two Blumenort residents are facing a number of theft related charges in connection to a recent trailer theft investigation.
On January 29, 2018, an enclosed trailer was stolen from a construction site in Ste. Anne, Manitoba. Ste. Anne Police and Steinbach RCMP combined their efforts to recover the trailer and all contents. The trailer and contents were recovered in Blumenort, Manitoba and was valued at approximately $20,000.
RCMP report that 28-year-old Marc Leclerc and 33-year-old Stephanie Claeys, both residents of Blumenort, have been charged with theft over $5,000 and possession over $5,000. Leclerc has been remanded in custody.
