On April 25, 2019, at approximately 12:40am, East St. Paul RCMP responded to a home invasion at a residence located on Rebeck Road in the RM of St. Clements.
Police investigation determined that two male suspects approached a residence and rang the doorbell repeatedly. The homeowners, a 71-year-old female and a 73-year-old male, told the suspects to leave, however the suspects kicked open the door. One of the suspects had a weapon and instructed the homeowners to sit on the couch. The suspects then proceeded to steal a 60″ television and the keys to a vehicle. They then fled from the home in the vehicle, which has since been located.
RCMP report that the suspects are still at large.
The male suspect that was in possession of a weapon is described as Indigenous and approximately 5’9″ tall. The second suspect is described as an Indigenous male and approximately 6′ tall.
