Selkirk RCMP are asking the public for any information about the whereabouts of a missing female, 25-year-old Troy Chenelle Roulette.
On April 26, 2019, at 10:30 pm, Selkirk RCMP received a report that 25-year-old Troy Chenelle Roulette was missing from an address located on Manitoba Avenue in the City of Selkirk.
Police say that Troy has had intermittent contact with friends and family since then but has not been seen since April 26. She is believed to be in the City of Winnipeg or in the Ste. Anne, Manitoba area.
Troy Roulette is described as 5’7″ tall, weighs 240 pounds, has brown eyes and short black hair with blonde highlights. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and a camouflaged coloured jacket. Troy wears glasses and has a tattoo of a rose on her hand.
