Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for help in identifying a male suspect who is believed to be involved in a number of recent break-ins in Steinbach.
On May 30, 2019, at approximately 7:20am, Steinbach RCMP received a report stating that a commercial alarm had gone off at Clearspring Centre in Steinbach. Officers attended the scene, but could not locate anything suspicious at the time.
At approximately 9:46am, police received a call of a break, enter and theft at one of the stores located inside the mall. Further police investigation revealed that at approximately 7:35am, the same suspect was reported to have stolen headphones from a nearby store located outside of the mall.
Police are asking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect involved in these incidents.
