Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help identify a suspect responsible for the theft of a number of movies from Video Max in Steinbach.
On December 2, 2019, at approximately 7:10pm, Steinbach RCMP received a report of a theft that had occurred at the Video Max store located on Main Street in Steinbach.
Police say that an unknown male entered the store and then left without paying for approximately three movies.
The male suspect was described as 5’7″ tall, wearing a large beige jacket and black pants. He was clean shaven and had hair that was short on the sides and longer on top.
The suspect was caught on camera and Steinbach RCMP are requesting assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for this crime.

Update
RCMP report that the responsible person attended the Steinbach RCMP Detachment. There will be no charges as the person suffers from a cognitive disability.
