Charlene Ward, a 46-year-old mother and grandmother, was found dead in her home nine years ago. Police are asking the public for any information that may help solve this investigation.
On October 31, 2007, Charlene Ward went out with friends to the Cat & Fiddle Nite Club in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, before returning to her residence with them to party. Police say that the party ended around 8am on November 1, 2007.
RCMP report that Charlene Ward’s body was found at 8:45am on the same day in her home on 5th Avenue NE in Portage la Prairie. Her death was ruled a homicide.
To date, no arrests have been made in relation to Charlene Ward’s death and RCMP believe someone has information related to her murder. Police are asking anyone with information that may assist in the investigation and finding Charlene’s killer to come forward.
