Thompson RCMP are renewing a plea for public assistance in locating a missing Lynn Lake, Manitoba man, 35-year-old Yvon Shawn Guignard.
November 28, 2016, marks the one year anniversary of the disappearance of 35-year-old Yvon Shawn Guignard. Guignard is originally from St. Catharine’s, Ontario, but had been living and working in Lynn Lake, Manitoba. He left Lynn Lake and went to Thompson, where he was last seen on November 28, 2015, at approximately 6:45am.
Guignard is described as Caucasian, 6’1″ tall, weighs 165 pounds, has auburn hair and blue eyes. He has a medical condition and may be in medical distress as he has a history of not taking his prescription medications. He may go by the name Shawn, Yvon or Ivan. If seen, do not approach and call police immediately.
