Steinbach RCMP are investigating a recent incident where a quantity of gas was stolen from the Brandt Street Coop on October 17, 2020, at approximately 12pm.
Police are now looking to the public to help to identify the suspect.
Investigation has determined that an unidentified suspect filled up two jerry cans of gasoline and left without paying for them. The suspect then left on foot west bound on Reimer Avenue in Steinbach.
The suspect is described as a male Caucasian, between 5’5″ to 6′ tall, with a medium build, dark and neck length hair. He was wearing a black jacket, black pants, black toque, black and white shoes and a white mask at the time of the incident.
