Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating the theft of some copper wire that was stolen from a location in the Rural Municipality of Tache this past weekend.
On July 19, 2021, Steinbach RCMP received a report about stolen copper wire. The incident is believed to have occurred over the weekend of July 17 to 18.
Police investigation determined that unknown suspects cut two large cables off a tower near a gravel pit located between Road 46E and 50N in the Rural Municipality of Tache.
Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for assistance in locating the suspects responsible for the theft.
