Steinbach RCMP are currently investigating the theft of a Honda motorcycle that was recently stolen from the property behind Source for Sports in Steinbach.
On July 24, 2021, Steinbach RCMP received a report stating that a motorcycle had been stolen from the Source for Sports store located on Highway 12 in Steinbach, Manitoba.
Police investigation determined that at approximately 2pm the same day, a male suspect, wearing all black and a grey helmet, showed up with a white and green Kawasaki motorcycle at the Source for Sports in Steinbach. The suspect then parked the motorcycle in the back property of the store and proceeded to hot-wire a black 2008 Honda CBR1000RR from the side parking lot of Source for Sports. The suspect left the scene with the Honda motorcycle, leaving behind the white and green Kawasaki.
RCMP report that The Kawasaki motorcycle was later confirmed to be stolen out of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
