News - Amber Alert

North Battleford RCMP have activated an Amber Alert as a result of the abduction of 6-year-old Emma O’Keeffe.

On December 2, 2016, at approximately 11am, 8-year-old Luisa Noyemi Alvarenga was taken from her Portage la Prairie residence by her biological mother, 43-year-old Colleen Sheryl McIvor.
