On January 18, 2018, at approximately 5:15pm, officers from the Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a three-vehicle collision at the intersection of Provincial Road 240 and Provincial Road 331, approximately two kilometres north of Southport, Manitoba.

On January 8, 2018, at approximately 6pm, officers from Headingley Traffic Services responded to a two-vehicle collision on the Perimeter Highway and Oakland Road, approximately 1 kilometre north of the Highway 3 junction.

On Friday, December 22, 2017, at approximately 6:30pm, officers from the Selkirk RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 9, just north of Highway 17, approximately 30 kilometres northwest of Selkirk, in the RM of St. Andrews.

On December 14, 2017 at approximately 8:15pm, Steinbach RCMP responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision in the RM of La Broquerie.

At approximately 2:45am on December 1, 2017, Steinbach RCMP received a report of an accident involving a semi truck on Highway 1 near the Highway 12 intersection.

On November 26, at approximately 11pm, Stonewall RCMP responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 6 at Road 79 North in the RM of Woodlands.

On November 26, at approximately 7:15pm, Steinbach RCMP responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 1, near Road 54 East in the RM of Reynolds.

On November 24, 2017, at approximately 9:05am, Headingley RCMP received a report of a single-vehicle rollover on the Trans-Canada Highway, approximately one kilometre west of Provincial Road 424 in the RM of Cartier, Manitoba.

A 73-year-old St. Claude man ended up in hospital with minor injuries after losing control of his pickup truck and going over the side of a bridge in the RM of Dufferin.

In the first ten months of 2017, the Manitoba RCMP have responded to numerous fatal motor vehicle collisions where the victim was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.
