While they may have been small in number, the participants in the seventh annual STARS Rescue on the Island proved to be mighty when it comes to fundraising as the trio of participants raised more than $223,000.

On Sunday, September 20, 2020, the Terry Fox Run will be returning to Steinbach for its 40th Anniversary year. Terry Foxers will unite in spirit, not in person this year, “One Day, Your Way.”

With donations still coming in, more than $155,000 has been raised for STARS air ambulance by five Manitoba business and community leaders at Rescue on the Island 2018.

The Ste-Anne Hospital Fund held its 12th annual all-you-can-eat Lobsterfest on Saturday October 28th at the Niverville Heritage Centre and raised a record breaking $58,000 in gross revenue.
