The Funeral Board of Manitoba is notifying consumers that Chad R. G. Wheeler’s licence to provide funeral or embalming services under The Funeral Directors and Embalmers Act has been cancelled and his certificate of qualification under that legislation has been revoked, effective Jan. 18, 2019.
