Selkirk RCMP are currently investigating the use of counterfeit currency that occurred in the community. Investigation began after receiving a report of a suspect attempting to purchase goods at a business located on Manitoba Avenue using fraudulent currency.

Steinbach RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a stolen boat with trailer. The theft is believed to have occurred sometime between September 24, 2022 and February 24, 2023.

Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help identify a male and female suspect who were seen stealing groceries from Sobeys, located on Highway 12 North in Steinbach.

Virden RCMP are currently searching for 32-year-old Seril Mazawasicuna who is wanted by police in connection to an assault incident on Sioux Valley Dakota First Nation.

After responding to a call, Nelson House RCMP were able to locate and rescue three stranded men out on the ice at a location approximately four kilometers south of Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation. The males had intended to walk to a camp near Threepoint Lake.

Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may help identify a male suspect involved in a gas theft incident that occurred at a local gas station in October of 2022.

A 16-year-old youth from Swan Lake has recently died as the result of a head-on collision that occurred on Highway 23, near the intersection of Road 26N, approximately two kilometres north of Mariapolis, Manitoba.

Selkirk RCMP are asking the public for any information into the whereabouts of three suspects who were recently involved in a shooting incident at a local residence.

Steinbach RCMP are asking the public for any information that may be connected to a recent theft incident where a number of appliances were stolen from Solomon’s Furniture, located on Main Street in Steinbach.

Stonewall RCMP are reporting that they have arrested and charged a number of suspects in relation to a recent investigation of a stolen vehicle.
