The Manitoba government is encouraging more Manitobans to reach their athletic potential and making sure sports are inclusive of everyone through increased funding to Sport Manitoba.

Sport Manitoba and the Niverville host society are announcing the cancellation of the 2022 Manitoba Games powered by Manitoba Hydro. The decision was made to keep Manitobans safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The province is applauding the continued effort of Sport Manitoba to raise awareness and offer support to athletes, coaches and volunteers.
