Selkirk RCMP are currently investigating the death of a 30-year-old man resulting from a recent assault incident that occurred at a local residence.

The Independent Investigation Unit of Manitoba (IIU) has concluded its investigation into a complaint that an officer assaulted a man in custody at Winnipeg Police Service (WPS) headquarters.

Manitoba RCMP are urging the public to use caution and stay safe when riding off-road vehicles after two recent collisions resulted in one death and serious injuries.
