A Lynn Lake man has been charged after RCMP seized a quantity of marijuana at a residence in Lynn Lake, Manitoba.
On April 13, 2011, following an intensive investigation, Lynn Lake RCMP, executed a CDSA (Controlled Drugs and Substances Act) warrant at a residence in Lynn Lake, Manitoba.
RCMP seized a quantity of marijuana with a street value of approximately $3,400, as well as other drug paraphernalia.
58-year-old Arthur Richard Whiteway of Lynn Lake, Manitoba, has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Whiteway has since been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Lynn Lake Provincial Court on July 25, 2011.
