A Roblin man is facing drug related charges after police discovered drugs in his vehicle during a traffic stop earlier this week.

On May 18, 2011, at approximately 11:45pm, the Prairie Mountain RCMP stopped a vehicle in the Town of Roblin, Manitoba. During a search of the vehicle, police seized approximately 260 grams of marijuana and a small amount of cash. The street value of the marijuana is approximately $2,500.

A 22-year-old Roblin resident, Logan Hawryluk, has been charged with trafficking marijuana and possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking. Hawryluk was released before a Justice of the Peace, compelling him to attend Roblin Provincial Court on June 16, 2011.

The investigation continues.
