This past weekend officers from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP, in unrelated incidences, arrested and charged 4 people for breaching conditions of their court orders.
Early Saturday morning, officers on patrol spotted a man “out for a run.” The man had been drinking and was found to be on Probation. Charged with breach of probation and breach of recognizance is 21-year-old Kristofer Donald Chemerika of Dauphin, Manitoba.
Early Sunday morning, officers were called to a disturbance at a Main Street home. A woman was found to be in breach of her recognizance by drinking and was arrested. Charged with breach of recognizance is 21-year-old Michelle Denise Gambler of Dauphin, Manitoba.
Sunday morning, officers were also called to a motel where a male was passed out in the hallway. He was found to be in breach of his recognizance by drinking and was arrested. Charged with breach of recognizance is 27-year-old Ryan Sutherland of Brandon, Manitoba.
Early Monday morning, officers were called to a south end apartment building regarding a man who was not suppose to be there. Officers determined the man was on probation and was arrested. Charged with breach of probation is 22-year-old Billy Joseph Chartrand of Duck Bay, Manitoba.
All four people have been remanded in custody to appear in Dauphin Provincial Court.
