A member of the Canadian Armed Forces faces charges in connection with an RCMP Internet Child Exploitation Unit investigation which began last month.
On May 16, 2011, investigators from the RCMP Internet Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant at a residence at Canadian Forces Base Shilo, Manitoba. A computer and computer related equipment was seized as a result of this search.
On June 2, 2011, at CFB Shilo, RCMP arrested an adult male member of the Canadian Armed Forces in relation to this investigation.
30-year-old Adam Frederick Bryan-Pulham of CFB Shilo has been charged with possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography.
Bryan-Pulham has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Brandon Provincial Court on July 14, 2011.
Police continue to investigate.
