An 18-year-old Dauphin man is facing drug related charges after police seized a quantity of drugs and cash during the execution a search warrant last week.
On January 6, 2012, at about 6pm, Dauphin RCMP members executed a search warrant as part of an ongoing investigation.
The search warrant was executed on a residence on 7th avenue NE in the City of Dauphin and led to the arrest of four males who were in the residence. During the search, quantities of cocaine, marijuana and cash were seized. Police say that the street value of the drugs seized is estimated at $2,000.
RCMP report that three of the males were later released without charges.
18-year-old Tyler James Federowich of Dauphin has been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Federowich has been released on a Promise to Appear on March 6, 2012.
