On Friday March 13, 2009 Swan River RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Rooks Lane in Swan River, Manitoba.
As a result of the search police seized, 8 grams of cocaine, 10 grams of crack cocaine, 37 grams of marijuana, 400 illegal cigarettes and a small amount of cash.
Two Swan River men, ages 27 and 18 were charged with numerous trafficking offences under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and one count under the Tobacco Tax Act.
Both men were remanded into custody and will make their first court appearance in Dauphin Provincial Court on Monday March 16th at 2:00 p.m.
