Around 2:30am this past Saturday, officers on patrol from the Dauphin Municipal RCMP detachment observed a heavily intoxicated person stumbling down Memorial Boulevard in Dauphin.
The officer determined that the young lady was on probation as well as an undertaking, with a condition that she abstain from alcohol.
RCMP report that the 17-year-old Dauphin girl was arrested and remanded in custody to appear in Dauphin Court this week.
